Pendle Hill Landscape Partnership Graduate Trainee

Salary: £18,933 - 19,698

Fixed term position to 29th October 2022

Based in Clitheroe

  • Keen to work outdoors and interested in supporting volunteers and communities through practical environmental activity?

  • Are you interested in interpreting heritage and landscape for visitors, both on-site and using digital tools?

We recruit a Graduate Trainee each year to deliver activity, to gain experience, and to learn from our team and partners.

This year the focus for the Trainee is volunteering and interpretation. You will be assisting our Countryside Access Officer supporting the scheme volunteer group engaged in a variety of practical conservation tasks. You will also be expected to support our Community Engagement Officer and assist with delivering interpretation schemes for visitors.

Training will mostly be on-the-job with some formal courses and technical support available. You will need a recent degree or level 5 qualification in a relevant subject, plus be able to drive. A full job description & person specification can be found here
